TMI is a recognized leader in providing a complete menu of analytical laboratory services primarily to customers who must comply with the environmental regulations linked with the monitoring, assessment and clean-up activities outlined in regulated environmental programs, such as Underground Storage Tanks (UST) and the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).

TMI is capable of conducting chemical, as well as microbiological testing, outside of the varied regulatory programs to assist clients in customized environmental assessments. Bacteriological tests are performed on samples of drinking water, wastewater and soil, as appropriate, to satisfy the needs of clients. Mycological (mold) tests are performed to yield qualitative and quantitative data to assess indoor air quality in residences, commercial buildings and health care facilities.
