Hazardous Waste -TCLP

Hazardous Waste characterization can be accomplished readily with TMI’s analytical capabilities. Analyses frequently include the use of the GC/MS and ICP/GFAA systems for organic compounds and metals, respectively, both with and without the use of the Toxicity Characteristic Leachate Procedure (TCLP). TMI can extract multiple samples in its dedicated TCLP extraction chamber. The entire extraction procedure is closely monitored so that the testing results do effectively establish whether the waste sample is hazardous or not. In addition, several other chemical analyses, including but not limited to ignitability, pH, corrosivity, hexavalent chromium, cyanide, sulfide, COD etc. may be required to comprehensively characterize the waste materials. TMI is fully capable of performing these analyses, and in generating timely, quality-assured results.
